humility is critical for success. This
video shows The Blue Angels debriefing process.
In the debrief, you see that all team members are equal. They all own their mistakes and commit to
improving themselves for the team. Team
members are aligned with their mission and their egos take a back seat to the
overall goal. They take true ownership
in their spot on the team.
